In accordance with the directives of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the instructions of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning is actively progressing with the distribution of 6,800 housing services to citizens. This distribution is ongoing in the projects of Salman City, East Hidd City, and East Sitra City.

The ministry is expeditiously implementing the housing unit distribution plan to meet the deadline by the end of February next year. Simultaneously, it continues to facilitate housing financing for citizens participating in the Tas’heel program, encompassing Tas'heel Aqari (real estate), Tas'heel Ta'awon (collaborative), and Al Bayt Al Oud (family house). This extends to financing for new categories of beneficiaries.

The ministry assures citizens that detailed information about the location and features of the housing project will be communicated. Additionally, comprehensive guidance on legal and financial procedures, as well as instructions for the move-in process and scheduling appointments for key collection, will be provided.
