Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, has emphasized the enduring historical ties between Bahrain and Egypt, acknowledging their continual advancement under the guidance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and HE Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Egypt.

Shaikh Salman highlighted the ongoing cooperation, attributing its success to the attention and oversight of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister of Egypt. He underscored their commitment to further strengthening the bilateral partnership across various domains.

During a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Egypt, Riham Abdelhamid Mahmoud Khalil, Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa expressed his best wishes for her success in carrying out her diplomatic responsibilities.

The discussions encompassed a review of the existing relations between the two countries and explored avenues to enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in the financial and economic sectors.
