His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa conveyed congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on his swearing-in as the Amir of Kuwait.
King Hamad wished His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad good health and extended wishes for continued progress and prosperity for Kuwait and its people. His Majesty praised the historical relations and advanced cooperation between the two countries.
