Covid Patient In Trial For Refusing To Disclose Contacts’ Details

The Public Prosecution has referred a suspect with confirmed novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection to the court for refusing to disclose information about his contacts.
The Public Prosecution has ordered the defendant’s urgent trial after finding him guilty of violating the provisions of the law.
He also failed to cooperate with the judicial officers from the Public Health specialists by refusing to comply with the coronavirus precautionary measures.
