The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BETA) has reported that the Festival City, in collaboration with stc, drew in more than 100,000 visitors, underscoring the triumph of Celebrate Bahrain.

This month-long initiative, Celebrate Bahrain, featured an array of family, musical, cultural, and sporting events held across different governorates of the kingdom. These events were organized in conjunction with various partners, coinciding with Bahrain's national days.

The grand finale of Celebrate Bahrain was marked by a successful celebration, attracting nearly 7,000 attendees at Water Garden City and 21,800 at Marassi Al Bahrain. Notable participation was also observed at Bahrain Bay, Bahrain Harbour, Financial Center, Bahrain Fort, Bahrain National Museum, and Al Najmah Club.

Public enthusiasm was particularly notable during the Festival City events and closing celebrations, as highlighted by Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, the Minister of Tourism. She commended the program for surpassing expectations and enhancing the experiences of citizens, residents, tourists, and visitors alike.

Expressing gratitude to guests, participants, supporting bodies, and partners involved in Celebrate Bahrain, Minister Al Sairafi emphasized the commitment to delivering innovative and diverse tourism programs. She stressed the importance of enriching the tourist season and organizing a multitude of events throughout the year.

Dr. Nasser Qaedi, CEO of BTEA, underscored the success of Celebrate Bahrain, citing its diverse activities and exclusive promotions that successfully attracted a significant number of tourists from around the world. He noted that the initiative offered a wide range of tourism events and activities catering to various preferences.
