Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), known as "The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East," extends a warm invitation to all Formula 1 enthusiasts in the Kingdom to join us for the official launch of the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2024.
This exciting event is set to occur on Thursday at 5:00 pm at The Harbour at The Avenues Bahrain. Serving as the kick-off for the Bahrain GP Live Weekend, the launch will be the first of several engaging activities taking place from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm on both Friday and Saturday.
The event, hosted by the renowned F1 commentator David Croft, will unveil details about Bahrain's milestone 20th-anniversary race in F1. The F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2024, slated as the opening round of the FIA F1 World Championship, will mark the Kingdom's inaugural Saturday night race, promising a spectacular weekend of racing and entertainment from February 29 to March 2.
Thursday's launch will also reveal the winner of the nationwide search for the first-ever Bahrain GP Superfan. F1 enthusiasts were encouraged to participate by submitting a short video explaining why they deserve this prestigious title. The top finalists, attending as VIP guests, stand a chance to win exclusive prizes, including Gulf Air flights, signed Bahrain GP number plates, and other valuable gifts.
