Bahrain Detects 744 New Cases On March 12

Out of 15,763 COVID-19 tests carried out on 12 March 2021, 744 new cases have been detected among 251 expatriate workers, 478 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 15 are travel related. There were 754 recoveries from COVID-19, increasing total recoveries to 123,170.
There are currently 57 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 107 cases receiving treatment. 6,118 are stable out of a total of 6,175 active cases.
The ministry also announced two Covid-19 related deaths, raising the total deaths to 480.
