Bahrain Detects 271 New Cases On January 2

Out of 8,778 COVID-19 tests carried out on 2 January 2021, 271 new cases have been detected among 125 expatriate workers, 125 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 21 are travel related. There were 189 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 90,558.
There are currently 12 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 26 cases receiving treatment. 2,262 cases are stable out of a total of 2,274 active cases.
