Bahrain Detects 246 New Cases On January 23

Out of 8,942 COVID-19 tests carried out on 23 January 2021, 246 new cases have been detected among 130 expatriate workers, 107 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 9 are travel related. There were 210 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 96,112.
There are currently 18 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 44 cases receiving treatment. 2,959 are stable out of a total of 2,977 active cases. The Ministry also announced one death yesterday.
