HUNDREDS of children are expected to take part in a popular annual art carnival which will be held virtually this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.The ‘Faber Castell Spectra 2020’ competition, organised by the Indian Community Relief fund (ICRF), is being held under the patronage of the Indian Embassy on December 11 .
